Welcome to the latest inciteCDROM! We have made some pretty drastic technology changes to our product. We still use Flash to create our interface, but we no longer require a Web browser to run the main interface windows. You should notice a dramatic speed improvement, especially when initially loading the disc. We hope you enjoy these changes, and please send us an email with any comments at cdsupport@incite.com.

  9. This CD will automatically run once inserted. If you have "Autorun" disabled (CDs don't automatically run when inserted), you can run the CD by exploring the CD (right-click on the CD icon and select "Explore" in the menu) and double-clicking on the inciteCDJune.exe program.

  11. We strongly recommend that users have Windows 98 installed before running this disc. We also recommend that an HTML browser be installed as the disc contains links to some Web sites. We recommend Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher with Flash components installed.

  13. For any updates of Microsoft Internet Explorer, please contact Microsoft or visit their web site at www.microsoft.com.

  15. For any updates of Netscape, please contact Netscape or visit their web site at www.netscape.com.

This disc includes an installer for Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. Some of the files we include on the disc require Acrobat Reader 4.0 to run. To install Acrobat Reader, explore the CD (right-click on the CD icon and select "Explore" in the menu) and navigate to <CD drive>\Main\install\acrobat and double-click on SETUP.exe.

  19. To view the videos, we recommend using Microsoft's Windows Media Player version 6.4.o7.1112 or higher.

Our interface was designed to work with monitors set at 800X600 resolutions or higher. If you launch the disc and can't see the entire screen, you should adjust your monitor resolution setting. To do this, right-click on your desktop and select "properties" from the menu. Click on the "Settings" tab and adjust the "Screen area" bar upward to read at least "800 by 600." Click the "Apply" button. Once your monitor is set to this new resolution, you will be able to see the interface in its entirety.
